Programme Overview:
The Early Careers Programme (ECP) is a flagship initiative for emerging professionals. It offers a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a global public-interest institution. Participants contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experts, build global networks, and develop critical systems-level thinking. This programme is designed for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience (including internships).
What You’ll Do:
- Work across thematic areas such as AI & Digital Technology, Economic Growth & Inclusion, Health, Climate & Nature, or Trade and Geopolitics.
- Contribute in functional areas like project management, data & analytics, stakeholder engagement, or policy research.
- Collaborate on high-profile multistakeholder initiatives, helping to design and deliver programs that influence global systems.
- Support event planning and execution for flagship Forum events, summits, and working groups.
- Drive research, analysis, and content development to support the Forum’s thought leadership.
- Help shape strategic communications, public policy outreach, and digital innovation across the Forum.
- Assist in operational functions, including finance, legal, people & culture, and business development.

- Geneva: CHF 4,500 per month (includes a medical allowance).
