Description:
Ikore is offering a 24-week Graduate Trainee Program for young professionals passionate about agribusiness and sustainable development. Trainees will work on real-world projects—building partnerships, doing market research, writing proposals, and supporting project implementation. This is a hands-on role, with mentorship from experts and exposure to innovation in AgTech and development.

Salary / Benefits:
Monthly stipend of ₦200,000 – ₦300,000.
Mentorship, professional development, and a possible retention opportunity after the program.

Qualifications:

• First Class or Second Class Upper degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management or related field. (Age 22–30.
• Strong research, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in agri-development and working with smallholder communities.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
