Role Overview
As a Mighty Ally Strategy Consultant, your primary responsibility is to provide expert strategic guidance to client organisations. You will work hand-in-hand with leadership teams, including the founding partner of Mighty Ally, to shape brand and organisational strategy. You will lead critical engagements that involve diagnosing organisational challenges, recommending strategic pathways, and coaching teams on implementation.
The role requires a high level of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. You will be expected to support organisations in strengthening their theory of change, strategic planning processes, organisational positioning, and communication strategies.
This position is consulting-focused and requires a mix of advisory, research, facilitation, and written communication skills. The consultant must be comfortable engaging with senior leadership and advocating for strategic clarity and intentional decision making.
Core Responsibilities
As the Mighty Ally Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for several core areas of work:
Strategy Development and Advisory
- Lead expert audits of client brands and organisational strategies.

As a remote consultant, you will be expected to maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, manage your time effectively, and deliver outputs according to agreed timelines.

Contract and Engagement Details
The Mighty Ally Strategy Consultant role is structured as an independent contractor engagement. The contract is initially for twelve months, commencing with a three-month trial period.
