Overview
MiracleFeet is a global nonprofit working to eliminate disability caused by untreated clubfoot. The organisation supports scalable treatment using the Ponseti method. The Health Systems Integration Officer will lead efforts to integrate clubfoot screening and treatment into national health systems. This role focuses on advocacy, partnership building, and technical support to secure sustainable public health adoption of clubfoot services.

Role Summary
You will design and drive integration strategies. You will guide regional teams and local partners. You will work with ministries of health, donors, and professional associations. Your work will ensure clubfoot care becomes part of routine newborn and child health services. You will use evidence and data to persuade decision makers and to inform national plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design and implementation of advocacy and integration strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance to country teams and partners on engagement with government agencies.
  • Help develop country-specific advocacy plans with clear milestones and entry points.
  • Lead coordination for integration efforts and share lessons and tools across countries.
  • Guide partners to form alliances and coalitions with NGOs, professional bodies, and parent groups.
  • Support procurement of data and strengthen the integration tracking system.
  • Use integration data to monitor trends and recommend priorities.
  • Document case studies and successful models to inform scale-up.
  • Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and donor reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Programs to create advocacy materials and communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Policy, International Development, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in advocacy, health systems strengthening, or policy engagement across multiple low- and middle-income countries.
  • Proven ability to secure government support for health or social programs.
  • Experience working with Ministries of Health or high-level government institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using KPIs and monitoring tools.
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cultures and disciplines.

Salary and Conditions
Salary will be commensurate with experience. This is a remote role based in one of the specified countries. MiracleFeet cannot sponsor work visas. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the listed countries. This role is offered on a contract basis.
