Job Overview:
IT‑Online is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive major IT initiatives from start to finish. The ideal candidate will lead diverse project teams, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and deliver on strategic objectives. This role involves planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong on‑site leadership for project teams, motivating them to meet project goals and milestones.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to deployment.
• Define project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor the progress of project activities, manage changes in scope, and resolve risks or issues.
• Track and report on project performance using metrics, regular status updates, and governance meetings.
• Establish and improve project management practices, templates, and tools across the organization.
• Lead vendor and feasibility studies, support procurement, and manage partner evaluations.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by overseeing quality control processes and issue resolution.
• Mentor and coach project staff and help manage performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant degree or diploma and formal project management certification (such as PMP or Prince2).
• At least 8 years’ experience in project management leading complex IT projects.
• Demonstrated mastery of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, ASAP, etc.).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills and ability to build consensus.
• Experience in change management and coaching team members.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP PPM, and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage interdependencies between business, technology, and operations.
