Qatar Airways is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging exceptional leadership talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively mapping talent, identifying candidates, and engaging top leadership professionals globally. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market mapping and talent pipelining to build strong networks of qualified candidates.
- Managing open, future, and market mapping search projects to meet recruitment targets and ensure quality hires.
- Developing search strategies through market research and understanding trends in leadership talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and Executive TA Business Partners to identify the best talent for critical roles.
- Promoting best practices in the selection framework and coaching hiring managers on high-quality hiring decisions.
- Drafting candidate reports, progress updates, and shortlist presentations with attention to detail and quality.
- Leveraging industry insights and data to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.
- Partnering with Executive Onboarding and HR teams to provide a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Upholding diversity objectives, compliance with policies, and continuously improving recruitment processes.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least four years of relevant experience in executive or leadership recruitment. Strong experience in executive candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and delivering high-quality shortlists is essential. Candidates with experience in senior hires, either within agencies or in-house teams, will be preferred.
Other requirements include:
- Familiarity with global recruitment models and managing multiple executive-level hires.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to leverage talent insights for strategic decisions.
- Resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
