In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and treating patients presenting at the health facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of physicians or nurse supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or eligibility by Compact state agreement.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other unit-specific certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP) may apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and professional communication in both verbal and written formats.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Ability to use electronic medical record systems and manage patient documentation.

You should be compassionate, patient‑oriented, and detail‑driven. The ability to handle stressful and emergent situations with calmness is essential. You must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative spirit.
