Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of physicians or nurse supervisors.

  • Support diagnostic procedures and tests, while documenting patient information accurately in the electronic health record.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or eligibility by Compact state agreement.
  • Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other unit-specific certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP) may apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and professional communication in both verbal and written formats.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
  • Ability to use electronic medical record systems and manage patient documentation.
