Crowe Zimbabwe is assisting a client in recruiting a highly organised and proactive Projects Administrator to support project execution, administration, and business growth initiatives across the Group and its portfolio businesses.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing documentation, supporting marketing and business development activities, and ensuring efficient administrative operations within a remote working environment.
About the Projects Administrator Role
The Projects Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are tracked, documentation is maintained, stakeholders are engaged, and project activities are executed efficiently.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting executive and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
The successful candidate will:
- Track projects, milestones, deadlines, and implementation progress.
- Ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Monitor deliverables and follow up on outstanding actions.
Reporting and Documentation
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing periodic project and management reports.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Managing and organising project documentation.
Procurement and Asset Management
The role will involve:
- Tracking purchases and expenditure.
- Maintaining asset registers and procurement records.
- Coordinating supplier engagements and follow-ups.
Marketing and Business Development
The Projects Administrator will:
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Assist with customer engagement and lead generation activities.
- Contribute to business growth and outreach efforts.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement
Duties include:
- Coordinating relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Supporting communication with development stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on stakeholder engagements.
Executive Support
The successful candidate will:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
- Track action items and follow up on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- Diploma in Agriculture.
- At least 3 yearsโ experience in project coordination and administration.
- Experience with budget and expenditure tracking.
- Experience in proposal development and data management and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
