Executive Responsibilities and Strategic Scope

The Director for Finance, HR, and Administration will manage a broad portfolio of critical functions:

1. Financial Management & Strategy

The NCC Finance, Admin and HR Director Vacancy candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Key duties include ensuring accurate and timely statutory financial reporting, managing cash flow, and implementing risk management initiatives. The Director will also act as the primary liaison for auditors and financial institutions.
