Core Responsibilities and Daily Operations
The Proplastics Internal Sales Reps are the engine room of the sales department. The successful candidates will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for walk-in and remote clients.
- Customer Engagement: The Proplastics Internal Sales Reps will attend to walk-in customers and proactively conduct telesales to maintain and grow the client base.
- Transaction Management: Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and receipts. Process both cash and credit sales while ensuring all financial records are precise.
- Inventory & Stock Oversight: Monitor stock levels and initiate re-orders. Assist with periodic stock takes, capture stock data, and handle the processing of back orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate product dispatch and customer collections to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales and stock reports to inform management on performance trends.
- Administrative Maintenance: Keep customer databases and price lists updated in real-time within the company’s systems.

- Academic Foundation: The Proplastics Internal Sales Reps require a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Irrigation & Water Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
