The role demands an expert in humanitarian field operations capable of managing substantial financial thresholds while maintaining structural alignment with national development protocols.


Key Operational Roles and Cluster Deliverables

The administrative portfolio for the World Vision Programs Manager bridges regional project execution, inter-agency negotiation, and field risk monitoring.

1. Portfolio Integration & Compliance

  • Project Merging: The World Vision Programs Manager is responsible for structuring and integrating specialized, non-sponsorship developmental initiatives alongside ongoing child sponsorship programs.
  • Sponsorship Benchmarks: The World Vision Programs Manager is responsible for Ensuring that all critical field-level sponsorship deliverables including Child Sponsorship Integration, Annual Progress Reports (APR), Sponsor-Child Correspondence (CC), and Child Counts conform to standard corporate timelines.
