1. Blood Drive Organization & Logistics Coordination

  • Event Execution: The NBSZ graduate trainee will be responsible for Learning to plan, organize, and coordinate logistical frameworks for mobile blood drives and corporate blood donation events.
  • Stakeholder Management: The NBSZ graduate trainee will be responsible for Building long-term relationships with secondary schools, tertiary institutions, religious groups, community organizations, and corporate businesses to establish consistent donor calendars.

2. Strategic Donor Recruitment & Community Education

  • Recruitment Strategies: The NBSZ graduate trainee will be responsible for Developing and executing creative, local donor recruitment strategies to grow and stabilize the national blood bank repository.

3. Public Relations & Field Operations
