TelOne is inviting applications for the position of TelOne Chief Commercial Officer, a senior executive role responsible for driving commercial growth, market expansion, and customer-focused innovation across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will join the Executive Team and lead strategies aimed at strengthening revenue generation and long-term competitiveness.
The TelOne Chief Commercial Officer will oversee the company’s commercial operations by integrating sales, marketing, product development, customer experience, and digital monetisation. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth in areas such as 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), fintech, cloud services, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence.
This position is suited to experienced telecommunications or ICT executives with a strong background in strategic leadership and commercial transformation.
Key Responsibilities
The TelOne Chief Commercial Officer will develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives while leading business growth across consumer, enterprise, government, SME, and wholesale market segments. The successful candidate will work to increase subscriber numbers, improve Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and expand market share.
The role includes overseeing brand positioning, marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer experience initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The executive will also collaborate with technical teams to deliver competitive products and services while managing pricing structures, revenue forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, the Chief Commercial Officer will establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, fintech companies, and digital platform operators to create new revenue streams and strengthen TelOne’s market position.

Qualifications and Experience
