Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates appointed through the Cafca Technical Vacancies recruitment programme will monitor and optimise production processes to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
The role involves driving process improvement initiatives, maintaining quality assurance standards, providing technical support to production teams, identifying production bottlenecks, and contributing to continuous improvement programmes that enhance productivity and product quality.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for the Cafca Technical Vacancies should possess a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies will be well suited to these positions.
Key Competencies
