Key Responsibilities
Students selected for the Student Attachments programme will market the company’s loan products and recruit new clients while assisting with loan application assessments and client appraisals. They will also build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor loan repayments, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare loan documentation.
The role includes maintaining accurate client records, conducting field visits for client verification and loan monitoring, and working towards monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for these Student Attachments should be currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills together with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets. A valid motorcycle licence or driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
