Key Responsibilities

The Chibuku Finance Analyst will consolidate and analyse brewery financial data to measure business performance and provide management with timely financial insights. The successful candidate will prepare financial reports, monitor costs, recommend strategies for improving profitability, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

The position also involves managing brewery stock and assets, overseeing debtor and cash management processes, conducting bank reconciliations, and ensuring financial records remain accurate and compliant with internal procedures. Daily operational responsibilities include monitoring water and electricity consumption records, maintaining generator logbooks, reconciling packaging materials within Syspro, preparing dispatch summaries, and analysing production, warehouse, and distribution gains or losses.

Qualifications and Skills
