1. Regional Officers (2 Positions: Bulawayo & Harare Base)

  • Role Summary: The Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation candidate will be Coordinates public health promotion, stakeholder engagements, and system-strengthening activities across assigned districts to facilitate early detection and systematic patient navigation.
  • Key Deliverables: * The Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation candidate will Lead community awareness and risk-reduction interventions targeting high-risk groups, including miners, active smokers, and passive smoke-exposed populations.
    • Establish and supervise patient navigation pipelines to ensure complete linkage, follow-up, and continuity of clinical care.
    • Coordinate with Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) structures, healthcare facilities, and local support groups to align actions with national health priorities.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officers (Gweru Base)

  • Role Summary: The Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation candidate will Supports the operation and field tracking of the projectโ€™s Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) framework, reporting to the Strategic Information & Knowledge Management Manager.
  • Key Deliverables: * Coordinate routine data collection, multi-indicator tracking, and routine field verification processes.
    • Administer strict Data Quality Assurance (DQA) protocols and provide supportive supervision to field research assistants.
    • Translate technical questionnaires, clean field logs, and design dynamic data visualization outputs.
    • Support operational research initiatives, data utilization frameworks, and knowledge management reporting.
  • Prerequisites: * Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health, Information Technology, Statistics, or a matching discipline.
    • 3 to 5 years of proven M&E experience in an NGO environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in statistical software ecosystems (SPSS, STATA, R, or Epi Info) alongside data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or GIS.

3. Database Administrator (Gweru Base)

  • Role Summary: The Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation candidate will Manages the administration, system architecture optimization, security, and integration of project databases, research platforms, and electronic information assets.
  • Key Deliverables: * Maintain and optimize centralized database records, electronic data capture systems, REDCap platforms, and digital patient-tracking systems.
    • Design data integration and ensure functional interoperability links with DHIS2 software, laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and national cancer registries.
