This 24-month intensive development program is designed for a top-tier law graduate looking to build foundational corporate counsel competence, regulatory compliance mastery, and commercial contract drafting experience from the companyโ€™s Head Office in Harare.

The successful Legal Graduate Trainee candidate will work directly under the guidance of seasoned legal officers, gaining structured exposure to public sector compliance, statutory registry maintenance, and commercial litigation tracking within the Zimbabwean legal framework.


Key Duties and Professional Responsibilities of the Legal Graduate Trainee

The training portfolio for the Legal Graduate Trainee balances legal research, corporate secretarial workflows, and active litigation support.

1. Legal Research and Litigation Support

  • Case Law Analysis: Conducting extensive legal research into national statutes, commercial precedents, and emerging ICT and manufacturing regulations.
