Key Responsibilities
The successful Planning Officer will coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders while ensuring maintenance resources and spare parts are available when required.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for the Planning Officer position should possess a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Maintenance Planning or Planning and Scheduling will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance planning, maintenance supervision, or engineering.
Experience in manufacturing, mining, municipal services, power generation, or Waste-to-Energy plants will be an added advantage. Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar maintenance management software is also desirable.
