📋 Eligibility Criteria and Academic Mandate
The MIAI Cluster Excellence Scholarships are awarded based on exceptional academic merit and a clear commitment to specializing in AI.
- Academic Excellence: Applicants must demonstrate proven results through transcripts and letters of recommendation from faculty.
- Enrolment Status: Candidates must be enrolled at Université Clermont-Auvergne or Clermont-Auvergne INP in a Bachelor 3, Master 1, Master 2, or Engineering School program.
- Training Type: This initiative is strictly for non-apprenticeship training programs.
- Professional Ambition: Applicants should have a coherent project aimed at Al specialization or a doctoral program in a UCA research laboratory upon graduation.
- Master 2 Specifics: M2 programs must include a research thesis (second-semester internship) that is strongly connected to AI.
🎓 Eligible Courses (Select Appendix List)
Scholarships are restricted to students in specific departments and tracks, including but not limited to:
- Engineering Schools: Polytech Clermont, ISIMA (Data Science, Informatics), and Sigma Clermont (Mechanics).
- Mathematics & Informatics: Master IA (AI), Master Computer Science, and Master Applied Maths and Statistics.
- Physics & Robotics: Master Automation and Robotics (Mechatronics or Artificial Perception tracks).
- Specialized Fields: Master Bioinformatic, Master Finance, Master Development Economics, and Bachelor in Law (College of Law track).
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Acceptance Dependent: The scholarship is contingent upon your final acceptance into the specified Bachelor or Master’s program.
- Internship Coverage: The scholarship covers training periods other than internships and does not replace existing internship grants.
- Payment: Funds are disbursed in two instalments over the academic year.
