Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To ensure a high standard of professional exchange, the WISE program has specific requirements regarding education and experience.
- Age: Applicants must be between 20 and 30 years old.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the “Western Balkan Six” (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Serbia).
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s students or recent graduates are preferred. Final-year students may apply with official proof of expected completion.
- Experience: At least two years of professional experience or significant achievements in internships, leadership initiatives, or community engagement.
- Language: Full proficiency in English is required for all selection procedures and workplace interactions.
- Personal Attributes: Candidates must demonstrate honesty, self-motivation, and a strong personal statement that aligns with regional cooperation goals.
