Key Responsibilities and Project Deliverables
The portfolio for the Project Manager covers the complete lifecycle of high-specification architectural builds, bridging workshop production with site execution.
1. Full Lifecycle Project Oversight
- Inception to Handover: Managing projects from initial structural site assessments and engineering quotations through to final client handover and snag-list resolution.
- Financial Controls: Tracking material cost variations, waste management, and labor hours to keep individual projects strictly within their agreed financial scope.
2. Technical Supervision & Finishing Quality Control
