Key Responsibilities
The Senior Legal Associate will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, legal agreements, and corporate documentation while providing legal guidance on investment transactions, fundraising activities, and corporate finance matters.
The role includes advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, disposals, due diligence exercises, and other corporate transactions. The successful candidate will also conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, advisory memoranda, and reports to support strategic business decisions.
The Senior Legal Associate will develop and maintain governance, compliance, legal, and risk management frameworks while identifying legal and regulatory risks affecting both the firm and its clients.
