Key Responsibilities

The Aviation Ground Services IT Officer will provide first- and second-line IT support by resolving technical issues and escalating complex cases where necessary. The role includes monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, communication systems, and connectivity to ensure maximum system availability.

Responsibilities also include installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, business applications, security software, user accounts, and access permissions.

Qualifications and Experience
