Save the Children is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Partnership Manager to lead the development and expansion of strategic corporate partnerships that generate sustainable funding and long-term impact for children. The position sits within the Programme, Development and Quality function and offers an opportunity to work with multinational companies, development partners, and internal teams to secure high-value funding opportunities.
The Senior Corporate Partnership Manager will be responsible for driving corporate fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, overseeing proposal development, and strengthening the organisationโs business development pipeline. The successful candidate will help position Save the Children as a preferred partner for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives while supporting revenue growth and donor retention.
This role is suited to professionals with extensive experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Corporate Partnership Manager will lead fundraising initiatives with an annual revenue target of approximately US$2.5 million while developing partnership strategies aligned with organisational priorities. Responsibilities include identifying and securing multi-year corporate partnerships, building opportunity pipelines, and leading competitive proposal development from planning through submission.
The successful candidate will manage executive-level donor relationships, oversee partnership reviews and reporting, and maintain high donor retention rates through effective stewardship. Additional duties include conducting opportunity assessments, coordinating capture planning, analysing proposal outcomes, and strengthening collaboration across programme, finance, and operations teams.
The role also requires identifying opportunities in sectors such as agriculture, climate, technology, child protection, and sustainability while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and maintaining accurate partnership data.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager position should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related discipline.
