Core Responsibilities: Hands-On Microfinance Training
The Eland Finance Intern will be integrated into the core operations of the branch, supporting the full lifecycle of micro-lending.
- Loan Processing: Assist in the assessment and processing of new loan applications.
- Risk Mitigation: Scrutinize financial risks associated with various loan applications to ensure portfolio health.
- Portfolio Management: Support the management and maintenance of existing loan portfolios.
- Operational Support: Assist with administrative and microfinance-related tasks as assigned by the branch manager.
Requirements and Candidate Profile
