Core Responsibilities: Operations & Safety
As the Victoria Falls Adventure Manager, you will be the primary lead for daily activities, ensuring all operations align with international brand standards and local regulations.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily adventure execution, logistics, and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain rigorous safety standards and risk management protocols to meet all regulatory and company requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire a dedicated team of adventure guides and operational staff to maintain high performance.
- Experience Design: Continuously enhance adventure offerings to stay ahead of market trends and exceed guest expectations.
- Financial & Performance Tracking: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and prepare detailed performance metrics for management review.
- Customer Excellence: Monitor feedback loops and implement improvements to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Job Specifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will combine technical outdoor expertise with strong administrative and leadership capabilities.
- Academic Background: A Bachelorโs degree in Tourism, Leisure, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in adventure tourism or outdoor operations management.
- Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Victoria Falls tourism market is considered a major advantage.
