The Global Youth Festival Paris is now accepting applications from aspiring young leaders, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, activists, and changemakers from around the world. Organised by the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA), the four-day international programme will take place in Paris, France, from 15 to 18 October 2026, bringing together more than 500 delegates representing over 120 countries.

Designed to promote leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, diplomacy, and global dialogue, the Global Youth Festival Paris provides participants with opportunities to engage in workshops, mentorship sessions, policy discussions, networking activities, and cultural exchange programmes while building lasting international connections. Delegates who successfully complete the programme also receive official HISA certification.

Scholarship Opportunities

One of the major attractions of the Global Youth Festival Paris is its scholarship programme, which offers 350 awards across three funding categories. The Fully Funded Global Scholar Award covers airfare support, visa fee reimbursement, shared accommodation, meals during the programme, full festival access, mentorship opportunities, official certification, and a welcome kit.

The Partially Funded Scholarship provides accommodation, meals during the programme, festival access, mentorship, certification, and other in-programme benefits, while delegates arrange their own travel to Paris. Festival Pass Scholarships are intended for participants who can finance their travel independently but receive complimentary access to the full programme and activities.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants for the Global Youth Festival Paris should demonstrate leadership potential, a genuine commitment to creating positive change, and an interest in international collaboration. The organisers are looking for individuals who have participated in community initiatives, academic projects, entrepreneurship, public service, advocacy, or other activities that demonstrate initiative and leadership.
