Core Responsibilities: Driving Growth and Performance
The Doves Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecycle within the region, from market intelligence to team development.
- Sales Target Management: You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding planned sales targets within the Mash West region, focusing on growing the existing book across all market segments.
- Corporate & New Business: A key priority is sourcing new corporate business and expanding the sales pipeline through referrals and proactive networking.
- Team Leadership: You will manage and coordinate sales agents, ensuring they are fully resourced. This includes conducting performance reviews and implementing capacity-building initiatives to drive results.
- Customer Retention & Upselling: Maintain positive customer relations to retain the existing database while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell responsive products.
- Market Intelligence: Undertake regular market research to benchmark service delivery and ensure the product mix remains responsive to changing market trends.
- Administrative Oversight: Ensure all regional paperwork is accurately completed and submitted timeously to Head Office.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Doves is looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading winning teams.
- Academic Background: A first degree in Marketing or Business Studies from a recognized university.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales and leadership. A strong track record in leading teams is a significant advantage.
- Licensing: A clean Class 4 or Class 2 driver’s license is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of digital platforms, excellent presentation skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Competencies: Excellent people management, time management, and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
