About the FastJet Sales Executive Role

The FastJet Sales Executive will focus on growing the airline’s corporate client portfolio while strengthening relationships with travel agencies, travel management companies, and other commercial partners. The role requires an individual who understands airline commercial operations and can consistently achieve or exceed ambitious sales targets.

The successful candidate will work closely with corporate customers to identify travel requirements, promote Fastjet’s services, and develop long-term business relationships that contribute to increased revenue and market share. Regular travel between Harare and Bulawayo will form part of the role, supporting commercial activities and maintaining relationships with clients across Zimbabwe.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related commercial discipline. Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ proven sales experience, preferably within the airline, aviation, or travel industry. A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets will be essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of the travel industry, including Global Distribution System (GDS) distribution channels, airline commercial practices, and key commercial performance indicators. An established network of corporate clients and travel trade partners within Zimbabwe will be considered a significant advantage. Applicants must also be willing and able to travel regularly between Harare and Bulawayo as required by operational needs.
