Role Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement annual marketing plans, calendars and performance indicators aligned with the objectives of the Training Solutions division. The Marketing Specialist vacancy role includes managing paid media campaigns from planning through execution, including campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, performance tracking, optimisation and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure that marketing investments deliver measurable results and contribute towards business growth.

The position will also involve developing content strategies across digital platforms, social media, email marketing and traditional communication channels. The successful applicant will monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and implement optimisation strategies to improve engagement, conversions and return on marketing investment.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure marketing activities support organisational objectives. The Marketing Specialist will also supervise and support the marketing team while promoting continuous improvement through marketing technology, automation and artificial intelligence-enabled tools.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for the Marketing Specialist vacancy should possess a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Science or a related field. Candidates must have between three and five yearsโ€™ experience in digital marketing, paid advertising and marketing analytics, with proven experience managing multi-platform campaigns and marketing budgets.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, bidding strategies and performance measurement. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads will be highly advantageous.
