The Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI) is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team as a CZI Sectors Assistant on a temporary basis. Located in Harare, this role is a central part of the Value Chains & Sectors department, providing high-level support for industrial programs, stakeholder engagement, and national sector initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
As the CZI Sectors Assistant, your work will ensure that sector associations and industrial value chains operate with maximum efficiency.
- Secretariat & Admin: Provide essential support to sector associations, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a bridge between CZI, member companies, and government ministries. You will follow up on industry data requests and deliverables.
- Project Tracking: Monitor timelines and milestones across various industrial workstreams and provide logistical support for workshops and events.
- Professional Documentation: Draft high-quality correspondence, concept notes, and reports to support CZIโs advocacy and communication efforts.

Qualifications & Competencies
To succeed as the CZI Sectors Assistant, you must be highly organized and able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelorโs degree in Economics, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 1โ2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or research (exposure to policy work is a plus).
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
